My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys...

I am so excited about this challenge!
Craftitude is having a new challenge
Anything Goes/Hit the Right Note
(add something music themed)

We are being sponsored by these great stamps

AND

http://meljensdesigns.com/

For this fun challenge I got to use a fabulous stamp by Stamp N Doodle.

I love this stamp!!!
I colored the cowboys with my trusted Copics.
(I even added a Skoal ring to one of the Cowboy's back pocket -my Mom's idea)

Added some DCWV Burlap stack.
I also added some brown paper to look like leather.
Easy to make!
All you have to do is wet your cardstock, crumple it up,
spread it back out, and dry.  Easy huh?

Lastly I added the lyrics to one of my favorite songs, "My Heroes Have
Always Been Cowboys," to the outside edge of the card.

It is so hard to find a good manly stamp that suits my guys.
But this one is perfect!!

Please join us over at Craftitude this week.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

  7. Wow what a fabulous card. Male cards and boy cards are so hard to do not a lot of images that I have found that I like. Yours is over the top great. Thanks for joining us at Created with Love Challenges. (and if you ink the ridges of the paper bag after drying you can make it darker).
