Save The Flower Pot Pretties - Violet Teacup

I have had a busy day crafting!
I would like to share another Lacy Sunshine Flower Pot Pretties tag.

Since my favorite flowers are violets, this one was right up my alley.
Just adorable!!

I used some fabulous papers from Pion Designs.
Some of my favorite lace and beautiful fibers for the top of the tag.
And of course some pretty purple flowers with crystal centers.
I had to add a little bit of bling!

SAVE THE FLOWER POT PRETTIES (Contest)
(story copyright Heather Valentin/Lacy Sunshine)
In the wee hours of a stormy night, a creature unlike any seen before was lurking in from the shadows of artist Heather Valentin's studio green house. It was an evil Buggmee! A Sherry Stinkbug Buggmee! Big bouffont hair, kooky eyes, and a giant snaggle tooth! We cant' help but see those huge ears, which are perfect to catch every lil sound in the atmosphere!
What's the worst thing about Sherry "Stinky" Buggmees? They lurk in the shadows and fester, leaving a bad "Stinky" trail that wilts everything in its path.
Even though it's "Stinky" and has that kind of " ugly duckling look"... It's still a charmer and with one look can cast a spell upon everyone and everything making this Buggmee irresistible.
Why oh why could this Sherry Stinky Buggmee be in Heather's greenhouse??? It wants to wilt her magical Flower Pot Pretties, draining them of their adorable charms and beauty, turning them into Stinky evil minions.
So we must help save Heather's Flower Pot Pretties NOW and PROTECT them from the evil Stinky Buggmee.

What a fun challenge!

For my first challenge entry, I would like to  enter this tag
that I made using the Dandy Lion Flower Pot Pretty.

I used some adorably paper from the Loolah collection
 by Creative Imaginations.
Isn't it adorable?!

I also added some fabulous old lace that I had a snippet of.
My flower is a recycled flower from a flower arrangement a
friend of mine had taken apart. I just added a crystal brad.

And some fabulous ribbons and fibers to top it all off.
So much fun!
This will make a great tag for a birthday gift.

Lady Liberty

In honor of America's Fourth of July,
I decided to make something patriotic.
I LOVE my country and wanted to show my pride a little bit.

I found this great Lacy Sunshine stamp using Eleanor as Lady Liberty,
and I just couldn't wait to use her.
She has become one of my favorites!

Ok, this isn't the best picture, but it was the best way to show it off.
I used some "Flag" paper that I found in my stash.

This is a little bit better picture.

I used a fabulous charm I found on DCWV Deals.
And of course I needed some more bling, because I do love bling.
So...I added some pretty crystals for my fireworks.
And who doesn't love going outside and watching fireworks?!!!

I added some of my favorite lace, red glittery ribbon, and
a piece of bluejeans that I cut off of my daughter's old pair.

For the final touch, I added some terrific fibers.

I really loved making this tag!
