Happy Birthday Rio!

Birthdays are always fun, and this one is no exception.

Today is Simply Betty's daughter, Rio's 17th birthday.

For her birthday, Betty has created a great new image.

 

 

I used some great digital papers from my stash.

I added some wonderful black crystals, heart lace, and a purple flower with a pretty crystal brad.
